Prices vary according to the season and are valid for the whole villa from 1 to 9 person.

We apply a discount for periods of one week o more.
A refundable deposit of 1000 € is required and will be sent back after the check out. A charge of 230 € is requiered for the final cleaning . You can hire an aditional cleaning service for your stay for the amount of 22 €/hour. It has to be booked in advance.
The payment of the accommodation has to be realized by bank transfer, 50% of the total amount in the moment of booking. The remaining 50% always by bank transfer minimum one month before arrival at the villa. For stays with arrivals less than one month in advance 100% of the booking price has to be transfered in the moment of booking.

Not realized Payment or out of the appointed time will cause the cancelation of the booking without any right of compensation.
