1. We had an amazing time at Cala Tarida and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The house is simply amazing to spend quality time with friends and family. It is cozy and you feel instantly at home. It is also just 500m away from the beach and Cotton Club where you can spend the afternoon simply enjoying the sun in a very nice pleasant place. And last but not least, Michele was very welcoming, he even went to get us at the airport and drove three of us home (with our bags) in his small Toyota IQ 🙂

2. Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and very safe for small children. The house is fully equiped with everything needed to feel lile being at home. The pool is wider than it seemed on the pictures! The garden is protected with the shadow of the lovely trees. The patio is wide also to provide chilling places during the warmest hours of the days in summer. Also the host is very nice and very helpful if needed. We highly recommand this house. We would love to go back there again. Ideal for a large family with kids or for two family with kids.

3. Michele è stato un ottimo padrone di casa , molto cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa , funzionale e molto pulita e confortevole, con un’ampia piscina , rispecchia perfettamente le foto e descrizioni presentate sul sito. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia «cala Tarida» un paradiso terrestre . Consiglio vivamente questo host e la casa stessa ! Ciao Michele ! Saluti da Roma !

4. Michele was at the house to meet us and give a tour. The house was just as described. The house is spacious and suitable for groups of people because the bedrooms are set up as private suites. The house has a beautiful courtyard with a pool and several different seating areas to enjoy. It was hard to tell in the pictures but the grass is astroturf which I was not thrilled about but understand due to water conservation. The house is located in walking distance to the beach and great dining. It’s a bit removed from town which is nice for a peaceful holiday but little inconvenient if you plan on going out a lot.

5. We had an enjoyable stay in Carpe Diem, a very spacious villa with a beautiful garden & pool area. Michele was a great host giving us a guided chaperone from the airport to the villa and a thorough tour when we got there. Also a sweet little welcome basket of goodies and wine. The villa is walking distance to the beach, we enjoyed a drink at the sunset bar with comfy sofas and cheaper food than cotton club next door! We had a great stay.

6. Beautiful villa which was very well equipped and perfect for our 2 families. Lovely furnishing, comfortable and in a safe, quiet area. The children enjoyed the pool and gardens and the nearby beaches are lovely. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home! We hope to come back!

7. Michele est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La maison est magnifique, exactement comme décrite par les photos. Michele a été très disponible à l’arrivée et au moment du départ, en prenant le temps pour toutes les informations nécessaires. A cette période de l’année, c’était très agréable de visiter l’ile, il n’y a presque personne. Un séjour vraiment reposant, dépaysant, parfait pour un voyage en amoureux!

8. We stayed in the villa for a week and had an amazing holiday. The villas was perfect for us (2 adults and 4 children). We had plenty of room. Michele met us at the airport and was very welcoming. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. The local beach has some great bars and places to eat and there is a local supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

9. “We have just turned from a fantastic eight day stay in Michele’s lovely villa. Michele was a fantastic host and even met us at the airport to escort us to the house. Throughout the stay he was very helpful. The house is beautiful but it is the outside entertaining areas and swimming pool that really make this property special. The beach is just a short walk away and The Cotton Club beach club is a great place for lunch, dinner or just cocktails. There are many other really good restaurants within a few minutes either on foot or in the car. We look forward to visiting again. ”

11. I can fully agree with the previous reviews posted. We have just spent an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa with our friends. I would not hesitate a second to come back. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool, even playing some soccer in the garden, while we chilled. A special thanks to Michele as a wonderful and helpful host

12. “This villa is fantastic! We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). It is very spacious and would comfortably accommodate another couple with a child. There is nothing misleading about the listing and Michele is a great host. He responded to all our queries within minutes and even helped us with our luggage from the airport and took us back on the final day of our holiday. The villa is very clean and has a fantastic outdoor space that was used both day and night. The villa is in a very quiet area but the beach and a handful of bars and restaurants are all walkable. The local supermarket is ok for essentials but a car is obviously advantageous if you need a bigger shop or want to explore the island. Cala Tarida itself is one of the quieter parts of the island but the beach is lovely – although access is by steep stairs so manoeuvring buggies is not that easy. The resort is very popular with Italians and Germans so don’t go there expecting English pubs and roast dinners!! It’s a great villa in a lovely part of the island. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back. ”

15. «This is a fantastic property located in arguably one of the best places on the Island. Don’t miss Cala Conte, Cala Bassa, Cala (URL HIDDEN) many wonderful beaches to explore. Definitely do hire a car to make the most of the location too. Taxis into San Antonio or Ibiza Town were about 25-30 euro if you decide to make the most of the night life. We were a group of 4 couples, and had plenty of room, the pool area, garden area, and kitchen all offer great spaces. This property is great for a group of adults or adults accompanied by older children. As the pool is not gated, I wouldn’t recommend for smaller children. Michele responded to any questions immediately and gave us a thorough overview of the property. A very accommodating and congenial host. No hesitation in recommending.»

16. Nice house, great location!
    Very nice place to stay. Michele picked us up from the airport en brought us to the house. The house is very well equiped and everything you need is there. The only thing it could maybe use is «an outside kitchen» and an extra fridge.
    Very friendly owners and we really enjoyed our stay!!
    We would back again!

20. What an amazing villa! Perfect for families as there is so much space! The pool is fantastic, and so is the host Michelle! Only a short walk from the beach, and a couple of cracking places to eat out! Would definitely stay there again!

22. great villa perfect location
    stayed here with 5 girl friends the villa is perfect for families or groups, loved the decor & gardens. Stayed in Ibiza lots of times but our first time in Cala Tarida, the villa is in a prime position for the beach & local shops, the beach & beach bars are very chilled ‘Chiringuito’ is great through the day & evening, ‘Fat Billys’ is also a must. Cala Tarida is very small but easy enough to visit other parts of the Island, Cala Bassa & Sunset Ashram are about a 10 minute drive. The only downside was the mosquitos maybe due to the fake grass in the garden however not a problem in the villa its self, Our host was very helpful with lots of information, we had a welcome basket on arrival the villa was well equipped & air conditioned, large gardens & a great pool area a very sociable villa. Highly recommend Carpe Diem and would definitely love to stay here again.

24. A beautiful villa in a fantastic locaiton.
    We had the most wonderful time at Carpe Diem. The house was perfect for our group and we immediately felt at home. Check in and check out were made so easy by our hosts, the whole place was immaculately clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the crockery and equipment we needed. The stars of the show is definitely the pool area and outside eating spaces. We hope to return soon.

    We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teenagers at the house. Very friendly owner picked us at the airport and took us to the house. The villa is in very good condition and very clean. Location is great, very close to one of nicest beaches on Ibiza. Great place to stay with the family!

26. A Very Special Property
    My wife and I along with our two children thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Carpe Diem. The home was well decorated and spread out nicely to allow for ample amounts of privacy. The outdoor area was immaculately maintained. The pool was refreshing after long days at the beach. We highly recommend the property and hope to pay another visit in the future.

29. A brilliant place to stay on Ibiza. Clean and with all you could need for a large group both in terms of the kitchen, outside/inside seating and comforts. Michele was a fantastic host. Met the first arrivals from our group at the airport, showed us all round the villa, left us with lots of tips and recommendations. We went just as the weather started to turn and the nights got a bit cooler…when we asked for some extra blankets Michele was there within half an hour! Can’t recommend highly enough!

    This property is spacious and comfortable for a family getaway. It’s rustic, but charming, and in good location to Cala Tarida beach, a few shops for basics and a taxi rank. I’d recommend this to others looking for a relaxed stay in Ibiza

31. Lovely Villa
    I stay here with my young family (22 months old and 4 years old) and the garden was great for them to run around, and it felt very safe as the garden is enclosed by garden walls. The bedrooms were comfy and it was nice to walk straight out into the garden from the bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped for everything we need for our stay. The location of the villa is great being less than 10 minutes walk to Cala Tarida, though getting down to the beach is quite difficult with a pushchair from the north end of the beach. I would also add the pool is not really suitable for very small children as its quite deep but they were able to climb up and down the steps to have a splash. Overall we had a great stay and I could not fault the villa.

34. Absolutely beautiful villa in a fantastic location
    We have just returned from staying at this wonderful villa after we had a wedding in the area. It is beautifully well kept and traditional. The gardens are an absolute dream. There is lots of space around the pool which gets the sun pretty much all day. We travelled as a family with a three year old and the villa had everything we could have needed. Michele our host could not have been more helpful. He met us at the airport and went through everything the villa had to offer. He was full of local knowledge and tips! The area the villa is situated is quiet and felt very safe BUT there is also restaurants, bars and the beach under a 10 min easy walk away. Overall I could not recommend this villa and it’s host enough. We would love to come back again! Claire & Family

35. FANTASTIC
    We had to come to Ibiza for a family wedding and needed accommodation for 6 adults and 3 children. This property caught our attention and what a great choice it was. The propriotor met us at the airport and waited for us to collect the hire cars before leading the way to the villa. He was very friendly and helpful.The villa was large and spacious set in its own grounds, is air conditioned and has its own swimming pool. We loved it and did not want to leave as we had enjoyed ourselves so much here. Sea and beach are only a leisurely 20 minute walk away.

We have just come back from Michele’s house in Ibiza, we stayed 3 weeks and the first thing to say is that Michele is a great host, he was waiting for us in the airport, came with us to the rent a car, guided us to the house and explained everything we need to knew about the house. He also had prepared a basket with fruits and drinks as a welcome present. Michele was always available and very kind, happy to help and to solve any kind of issue. Communication was top as well as his attitude towards us. About the house, don’t expect luxury, this is a simple Ibiza tipical old house, spacious, with a big garden, clean and big swimming pool (a guy comes every few days to check that the levels of everything are ok and to clean it). The house has four bedrooms and a half, because there is a space between the main bedroom and the main shower room that has a sofa that is a single bed, so you can use this as the fifth bedroom for a kid or an a adult. There is a/c in all the bedrooms, and this is a must in Ibiza, as it gets so hot and humid. You also have two big fans that can be used wherever you want. The kitchen has most of the things you need, big fridge, oven, microwave, washer and even dryer. The location has ups and downs, we were looking for a house walking distance to the beach, so the children could walk with the nannies even if we were somewhere else, so that’s a big point, we are in cala Tarida in about 15 min. You can also walk to the supermarket and pharmacy, everything at around 10 min walking. But if you want to be or go to another area, expect to drive around 40-45 min (Ibiza town, Les Salines, Cavallets, Blue Marlin, Pacha, Heart…) The taxis come to pick you up in the door of the house once they have your location. The house is big and fits a big group of people. We were 4 adults and 3 children, including a baby, but we had 3 friends that came for a week and we were comfortable. I have to say that house would benefit a lot from an update, specially the main shower room, but we have been happy anyway, also because we were spending most of the time outside!

39. Thank you, Michele, for meeting us at the airport despite our late arrival and for giving us a tour of the villa and the advice on how the make the most of our stay. Such a wonderful, spacious, private and safe villa for a 4-year old! It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and spend the mornings there while relaxing in the afternoons at the villa in the garden and by the pool. Thanks as well for the lovely hamper with fruits and drinks, it was a nice surprise. We had an amazing time!

40. Michele’s place in Ibiza is in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk to a really nice beach with a range of beach bars & restaurants. The house itself is fit for purpose with a large pool and outdoor space which is nice. It is an older, more traditional villa which we enjoyed. I think the bathrooms could do with a slight refresh and perhaps investing in some small luxuries like better quality sheets and some form of home entertainment system would be ideal (and cost very little to install) for those nights (if any) where you need a night off. Michele is a very nice, very helpful man who is extremely communicative and made check in and check out seamless. Overall, a fabulous experience & would recommend.

    Can highly recommend staying at the villa, we stayed as 2 x families and it was perfect. Villa had everything you could need & the location was great, Cala Tarida beach is just a 10 minute walk away & is beautiful!

42. Carpe Diem is a lovely villa in great condition and in a lovely area just outside of Cala Tarida within walking distance of may nice restaurants and the beach. The owner was very helpful and friendly. All the facilities were in good condition and we loved our stay there.

43. We were a party of eight people so Michele’s house was absolutely perfect for us. One of the four rooms has twin beds which is better for friends/kids but even though it was a couple sleeping there we made it work. The house is well kept and clean, with three bathrooms so we were never on top of each other. The pool is great, but even better is Cala Tarida literally ten minutes walk down the road. This was our favourite beach in Ibiza, it’s so convenient to have it at your doorstep. Michele was an excellent host and very communicative throughout the process. He was happy to help whenever we needed it and always at hand. Would recommend his home and go back!

44. Wow what an amazing stay! This villa was perfect for our family holiday! It is clean and pretty and has a lovely garden space for kids to enjoy! Michale was a great host he met us at the villa even though we had a later flight , and was very welcoming and helpful. The pool is lovely. The location is perfect we could walk to the beach and the local shop and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. 46. Michele is a very nice host, reliable and is always available for questions. The apartment has a very nice location nearby the beach (just walk 1 street down to the beach). There is enough space to park cars in the garden. For children the swimming pool and large garden with many toys is very nice. We stayed for 5 days and we had an amazing time.

    We had a great time at the house. The house is big and spacious. The garten also has a lot of space and is perfect for kids to play. It was very clean and we had a warm welcome. Also when we had troubles, we got help quickly. The house is at a perfect location, a quick walk to the beach and easy acces to others. All and all, we could really recommend this house

48. Lovely villa, big garden, beautiful pool and good facilities. The house is also perfectly situated if you want to avoid the regular crowds a bit. And to be able to walk to the beach is a big plus as well. Michèle is a super nice and responsive host. We’d love to come back one day!

    Fabulous location and ideal Family location with easy access to one of the best Beaches in Ibiza with local Restaurants and Bars. Quiet for those who wish to avoid the busy areas of San Antoneo and Ibiza Town.

    Our family of seven stayed in this rustic villa for a week. It’s in a quiet location which suited us however is a very short car or taxi ride to other places such as Sunset Ashram and the restaurants in Saint Josep. A short walk to Cala Tarida which in our opinion is one of the best beaches on the island. A large garden and outdoor spaces to chill make this house a great option! Also notable is the hospitality of the owners who were communicative, kind and welcoming. Thankyou Michele!

62. Wow wow wow I almost don’t want to write this review as I believe we have found a true gem of a holiday property and I want to keep it to myself. The layout is perfect. Spacious and full of Ibiza charm. The large grasses area is perfect for the children to burn of energy when not in the gorgeous pool. Michele was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The cot provided for our little boy was dressed with lovely linen. Thank you again Michelle.

64. We hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het huis is in een rustige omgeving gelegen waardoor je je lekker kunt ontspannen en van je vakantie kunt genieten. Meer dan genoeg ruimte binnen en buiten. We hebben de hele week altijd buiten kunnen verblijven in de grote tuin met het fijne zwembad (dat goed wordt onderhouden) Het kunstgras hebben wij als prettig ervaren en helpt om het zwembad schoon te houden. Buiten is er volop parkeerruimte voor meerdere auto’s. Het strand is goed aan te lopen, zo ook diverse winkeltjes en restaurants. Ook de grote overdekte ruimte waar je ‘s morgens heerlijk met zijn allen kunt ontbijten. Hier en daar moet er wat aandacht worden besteed aan de bedden en doucheruimten zodat die weer tiptop in orde zijn. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven met een grotere groep.

65. Beautiful villa in a great location
    4 bedroom house just 10 minutes walk from the sunning beach of Cala Tarida. 3 suoermarkets nearby and a bus stop just outside the door so no need to hite a car. The villa has lovely gardens with dining areas and a separate pool area for those who enjoy the sun. Plenty shaded areas, a very relaxinc area to spend the day reading before heading out for a walk and a meal. Loved the climate, would thoroughly recommend for a family stay.
